Let's build your parenting roadmap together! To make our session as effective as possible: Focus: We can cover up to 3 key themes per session. Preparation: You will be taken to a form where you can share a brief summary of your goals and any relevant background (traumas, recent changes, or specific challenges), for us to jump straight into solutions. My Approach: I provide actionable strategies rooted in Psychomotor Therapy, blended with my professional experience in nurseries and my personal journey as a mom. If a case is particularly delicate, I will provide a detailed follow-up email after the call to ensure every angle is carefully considered. I look forward to our session!
